SMEC in Timor-Leste is seeking an experienced Contract Specialist to support a major road and highway infrastructure project. The role covers contract administration, procurement support, claims management, and compliance monitoring across the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree (postgraduate preferred) in contract management, about 15 years of experience on large road projects, and familiarity with FIDIC conditions and DBF contracts.
