Australian Unity is recruiting for a Care Partner to support customers across their care journey, helping them live safely and independently at home or in chosen settings. You will work with customers, families, clinical teams and providers to deliver holistic, person-centred care and coordinate services.

This permanent full-time role offers flexible schedule (8:30am–4:30pm or 9:00am–5:00pm, Mon–Fri) and a hybrid work model with 2 days at home and 3 days in the Queanbeyan office, with remuneration
