BDO in Sydney is expanding its Private Equity & Corporate M&A; Tax team. The role targets experienced M&A; Tax Managers and Senior Managers who will advise on complex Australian and international tax issues for PE/VC clients and corporate entities.

You will engage in tax due diligence, structuring work, deal documentation reviews and client liaison with lawyers, bankers and accountants, while growing professionally within a cooperative national tax function.
