YOUR ROLE

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
- have a minimum of 5 years or more post-qualification experience (up to senior associate or principal) as a registered Australian/NZ patent attorney (or are an overseas qualified patent attorney currently nearing qualification in Australia/NZ);
- have a degree or higher qualification in chemistry, chemical engineering or similar;
- have hands-on experience in prosecuting BOTH chemistry and also mechanical patents (eg consumer products, medical devices, automotive, machinery etc) + preferably oppositions.
- have solid technical, analytical + communication/people skills + strong commercial acumen;
- are ambitious+ serious about carving out a LONG-TERM successful career with a vibrant successful non-traditional firm that has the resources to support and help you to reach your full potential.
