Constantinople is seeking an Operational Risk and Compliance Lead to steer risk controls for the Banking Cloud Platform and corporate workplace. You will work with Product, Engineering, and compliance teams to design controls, monitor risk, and manage regulatory change across banking services.

You will coordinate governance activities, oversee third party due diligence, and drive assurance programs including SOC 2, while using AI tools to scale risk workflows.
