People First Bank is seeking a Risk Advisory Manager in its MX Risk and Compliance team. You will act as the Voice of Risk, partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver pragmatic, commercially focused risk advice and help embed risk in daily decision-making.
You will shape risk culture, lead risk profiling, support RCSA and risk reporting, and provide strategic risk guidance across change, audit and remediation while coaching Risk Advisory Analysts to deliver timely outcomes.
