UnitingCare Queensland is seeking a Supported Living Facilitator in Ipswich to work casually within the FaDS team, providing personal support, independent living planning, and advocacy to people with disability.

You will collaborate with families, uphold dignity and privacy, and participate in developing individual plans, with shifts including sleepovers and weekends; CPR/First Aid and an Australian Driver's Licence are required.
