Mid North Coast Local Health District is seeking a Career Medical Officer for the Transit Lounge at Coffs Harbour Health Campus. The role provides independent high-level medical care, clinical review and decision-making for medically stable patients awaiting discharge or transfer.

Responsibilities include secure prescribing and management of iron infusions and infusion therapies, with a focus on efficient patient flow, bed availability and patient safety. Applications close 6 October 2026.
