Sirv is offering an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned Positive Behaviour Support Manager to run your own PBS business unit across Australia. You will have full autonomy to build and grow, with a proven track record in PBS and solid stakeholder engagement.

You can work from home, earn a base salary of $90,000 plus super and a $8,000 car allowance, plus a 30% profit share on your unit's bottom line and substantial OTE potential in year 1–year 2+.
