The Department Of Transport And Planning is seeking an experienced lawyer to lead litigation management and ADR initiatives within the in-house team in Victoria. You will provide strategic, pragmatic legal advice to senior stakeholders and navigate complex matters while mitigating risk.

Applicants must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident with admission to practise in Victoria and a minimum of five years post-qualification experience.
