NSW Health Manning Hospital is seeking an experienced senior Registered Nurse to join the Patient Flow Team as Patient Flow Manager. You will lead efforts to coordinate admissions, transfers and discharges, using real‑time data to improve patient movement and the overall care journey.

Reporting to the Deputy Director of Nursing & Midwifery, you will guide a multidisciplinary team, lead daily huddles, monitor performance against KPIs, and foster a cooperative, patient‑centred culture while
