RSGx is seeking an experienced Senior HSE Manager to own the HSE strategy and governance across the east coast of Australia, with preference for Brisbane or Sydney. You will lead HSE Leads and Advisors and drive responses to reliable incidents including regulator engagement and executive reporting.

You will manage the enterprise risk register, ensure ISO45001/9001/14001 and OFSC compliance, and coach regional teams to deliver consistent safety leadership and continuous improvement across multiple
