Optus is seeking a Commercial Contracts Manager in Adelaide to draft, review, and negotiate customer contracts and to support the Optus Wholesale Division with legal and commercial documentation. You will oversee pre-signing contract milestones and help manage legal risk and compliance with internal policies and relevant legislation.
You will collaborate with the Legal team, ensure contracts align with policy, and provide guidance on commercial terms while mitigating operational and financial
