Kohort Partners seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead and grow the digital assets and precious metals operations within an established Australian financial group. You will oversee crypto brokerage, tokenised metals, and day-to-day operations with a focus on risk and efficiency.

Reporting to the CEO, you will own the P&L;, navigate AUSTRAC/AML-CTF and AFSL requirements, manage KYC, orders, inventory and liquidity partnerships, and lead the client service team.
