You will own the technical relationship from onboarding through ongoing optimization, coordinating with Delivery Managers and internal Core Engineering and Operations teams.

You will partner with a Strategic CSM to ensure alignment of technical roadmaps, monitor QoE and latency, and guide customers through product changes, live events, and AI-driven health
