Showtime Event Group in Melbourne is seeking a Functions and Banquet Supervisor for a casual/full time role across a 7-day roster, including day shifts and weekends. You will support event execution, manage on-shift labour, and coach a team to deliver prestige events at our venues such as Showtime Events Centre and Melbourne Town Hall.
