Job Description
Anglicare Sydney is seeking a Care Manager for our Kingswood Residential Care home, on site from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
You will lead clinical care delivery, mentor Registered Nurses and Allied Health staff, and collaborate with families to ensure protected, person-centred care in line with best-practice standards.
You will provide clinical leadership, support care planning, monitor resident outcomes and foster a high-performing team culture that delivers exceptional resident experiences.
