Altona College is seeking a Leading Teacher – Director of Student Wellbeing & Engagement (F-6) to elevate student achievement and wellbeing across the school.
The role requires coordinating literacy, numeracy, and wellbeing initiatives with a solid data-informed approach.
The successful candidate will lead whole-school priorities, support teachers with VTLM 2.0 alignment, and drive qualified learning while modelling Victorian Department values.
