Job Description
M&T; Resources is seeking a Senior Change Analyst to support complex business and technology transformation initiatives within a large operational organisation in Melbourne.
The role is hybrid with three days onsite in the Northern suburbs and a daily rate around * AUD including super.
You will lead change strategies, drive stakeholder engagement, and support adoption of current systems and processes across ERP, digital or operational projects, ensuring readiness and sustained perks.
