What you need
- Approval to teach special education and/or experience in successfully leading support unit staff to deliver high-quality individualised supports, learning plans, and strategies that meet students’ needs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and support initiatives that strengthen an inclusive school culture.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, families and external stakeholders, fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace that promotes understanding and collaboration.
