You’ll oversee treatment processes, coordinate maintenance activities, support team capability, and contribute to the performance and reliability of our wastewater treatment facilities.

Key responsibilities

- As a Wastewater Treatment Team Leader you'll play a key role in delivering reliable, compliant wastewater treatment services that protect public health and the environment.
- Lead and coordinate day- to -day wastewater treatment operations to meet environmental, regulatory and service objectives.
- Monitor and optimise treatment processes, respond to operational issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain plant reliability and compliance.
- Coordinate chemical procurement, handling and dosing, ensuring secure and compliant use.

What you need

- Class C or CA driver licence.
- Demonstrated experience in wastewater treatment operations, maintenance and process optimisation.
- Proven ability to lead, supervise and develop staff to achieve operational outcomes.
