Your responsibilities Within your capacity as Store Manager, operate with an ‘owner’ mentality Lead, motivate and inspire the team to achieve store success Drive sales through individual targets and KPIs Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent Coach lifestyle selling techniques to connect with guests and drive multiple-category sales and consumer loyalty Embody and promote the brand aesthetic and culture, ensuring a superior guest experience.



Analyse KPIs and business drivers to derive strategic plans Ensure store standards and Company policy and procedures are upheld Provide training on product, promotions, initiatives and selling skills Act in the capacity of chair for employee meetings i.e touchbases, welfare, misconduct Liaise with centre management as required, ie job boards, private sale, promotions Build a positive, inclusive, and service-oriented work setting Collaborate closely with Area Management and internal stakeholders Be the point of contact for external stakeholders/contractors Who you are Several years of leadership experience in retail, ideally in fashion/lifestyle Entrepreneurial mindset and results orientation Passion for team leadership, development, and customer service Inclusive, communicative, and solution-oriented leadership style Independent, committed, and adaptable Strong organisational skills and ability to set priorities Confident in all aspects of store management/leadership What we offer The chance to continuously develop yourself Employee discounts on our products An inclusive, collaborative, and values-driven workplace Holiday and time-off benefits Commission Scheme Employee Assistance Program
