We are looking for an experienced, professional Restaurant Manager to be part of our vibrant, hard-working team. People who are looking for a career with a growing national company in a unique atmosphere whilst keeping true to our Italian heritage.

As the Restaurant Manager you will lead by example to deliver an exceptional restaurant experience. You will maintain a high standard of food preparation and service while striving to achieve outstanding restaurant results.

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:

- At least 1 year of proven management experience
n
- Ability to thrive within high volume, high turnover establishments
n
- Revenue,



profitability and quality control in all BOH and FOH areas
n
- You will ensure effective restaurant operations are continually met
n
- Experience in stock management
n
- Advanced communication skills and a positive attitude
n
- Effective time management and productivity qualities
n
- Problem solving and decision making skills
n
- Display excellent personal hygiene, presentation and grooming standards
n
- Understanding of modern award framework and national employment standards
n
- Working knowledge of OH&S;/WH&S;
n
- A current RSA Certificate
n
- A relevant Diploma Qualification and/or at least 1-3 years of relevant employment experience
n
- Full Time contract offered at $80,000-$90,000 per annum not inclusive of superannuation.
