Job Description

Y Schools Queensland is seeking a Youth Work Advisor to provide leadership, coaching and capability development for Youth Workers across multiple campuses. The role involves regular travel to campuses, observing practice and supporting the consistent application of the Youth Work Practice Framework within our wellbeing model.

You will collaborate with senior youth workers, campus leadership teams and the Head of Wellbeing to strengthen high-quality, trauma-aware and strengths-based youth work
