Early Learners of Wellington Point West is seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Wellington Point (QLD) on a permanent full-time basis.

About the Role n

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will work collaboratively with our team to provide high-quality education and care for children and support the delivery of engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Providing high-quality education and care to children
n
- Supporting the planning and implementation of educational programs
n
- Creating a safe, welcoming and engaging learning environment
n
- Developing positive and respectful relationships with children and families
n
- Working collaboratively with educators and centre leadership
n
- Supporting children's individual learning, development and wellbeing
n
- Maintaining accurate records and documentationEnsuring compliance with the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards and relevant policies and procedures
n
- Actively contributing to the day-to-day operation of the centre
n

About You n

To be considered for this position, you will have:

n

n




- A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an equivalent recognised qualification
n
- Relevant experience working in an early childhood education and care environment
n
- A current Queensland Working with Children Check, or eligibility to obtain one
n
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications, or willingness to obtain them
n
- A sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
n
- A genuine commitment to providing high-quality education and care to children
n
