Role Snap Shot

Taylors is looking for a Licensed Surveyor to join our growing Survey team.

You’ll work across a diverse portfolio of projects including greenfield and infill developments, complex building subdivisions, major residential and industrial estates, transport infrastructure and government projects.

The role is primarily office-based, with flexibility to work from home, combined with field work as required. You’ll also have administrative support for fee proposals, invoicing and subdivision documentation.

How You Will Contribute

Deliver cadastral surveys across development and infrastructure projects

Prepare and manage complex land and building subdivisions

Undertake boundary, feature, level, control and setout surveys

Prepare subdivision and certification documentation

Provide advice to clients and project teams

Supervise computations and ensure surveying accuracy and compliance





Support and mentor developing surveyors and field staff

Manage project timeframes, budgets and commercial outcomes

Ensure work meets Victorian surveying legislation, standards and Taylors’ safety requirements

What we're looking for

You’ll be a Licensed Surveyor registered in Victoria with:

Strong cadastral surveying and subdivision knowledge

Experience across greenfield, infill, building or infrastructure projects

Sound knowledge of Victorian surveying legislation and industry standards

Strong communication and client management skills

Good commercial awareness and project management capability

Experience with up-to-date survey technologies including robotic total stations, GPS and laser scanning

A collaborative approach and willingness to support and mentor others
