Job Description

ALH is seeking a Senior Manager Food Safety to lead strategic direction, governance and operational oversight of food safety compliance across our national portfolio of 350 hotel kitchens. Based in Melbourne, Brisbane or Sydney, you will translate regulations into practical kitchen floor realities and foster a robust food safety culture.
