Neo and Eastern Press have combined their expertise to create a leading print production facility in Mulgrave, and we are looking for a dedicated Warehouse / Logistics Storeperson to join our expanding warehouse and logistics team.
The Role n
We are seeking a proactive and dependable individual to support our warehouse operations. In this varied, hands-on role, you'll be responsible for essential tasks such as order picking and packing, handling deliveries, updating inventory records, and ensuring the warehouse remains safe and tidy. this is a physically active role that involves regular heavy lifting.
Tasks & Responsibilities n

- Picking and packing orders
n
- Loading and unloading delivery trucks
n
- Accurate stock checks and inventory updates
n
- Preparing and lodging packages for dispatch
n
- Occasional overflow driver duties (Metro Melbourne only)
n
- General warehouse duties to maintain smooth operations
n
- Manual handling, including lifting items up to 15kg
n
Minimum Qualifications & Experience nn
- Current forklift licence (essential)
n
- Current manual car driver's licence with a clean driving record (essential)
n
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order fulfilment role (essential)
n
- Physical capability to perform heavy lifting (up to 15kg)
n
- Familiarity with inventory management systems (advantageous)
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
- Ability to maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment
n
