You will be a calm, hands-on presence, delivering excellent service while upholding safety and compliance standards.
Responsibilities include managing shifts, cash handling, maintaining standards across gaming and F&B;, coaching staff, and addressing guest feedback.
Availability for evenings and weekends is required.
