We are one of Australia's first and largest prestige rental vehicle providers for casual rentals and accident replacement vehicles.
We provide exceptional service and assistance to people who have been involved in a motor vehicle accident and require a rental car, nationally.
This position is for our head office is located in Sydney with easy access to public transport.
You would be working with an experienced team in a supportive working environment.
Qualifications & experience
Motor Vehicle Hire knowledge/experience
Knowledge/Experience of credit hire (accident replacement vehicles) industry- desirable
Knowledge of the car insurance and repair industry
A polite and qualified disposition - significant




Customer service experience either in customer facing or over the phone
Tasks & responsibilities
process claims and send bookings for our national prestige vehicles fleet over the phone
Provide exceptional levels of customer service to our clients and partners
liaise with drive team and other office staff
Help customers complete the required documentation and submit documentation via our customised portal
work in a very friendly and supportive team workplace
prepare reports to support BDM's
