St Vincent de Paul Society NSW is seeking an experienced Retail Area Manager to lead a portfolio of Vinnies stores across Wollongong, Campbelltown and Southern Highlands. Based in Wollongong, you will travel regularly to multiple locations, drive sales, uphold service standards and ensure safe, compliant operations.

You'll develop teams, mentor volunteers and paid staff, manage budgets, and deliver solid community outcomes in a not-for-profit setting.
