ABOUT THE CLIENT n

Our client is an international retailer bringing together sport, streetwear and licensed fashion, with a product range inspired by some of the world’s most recognised sporting teams and cultural icons.

n

With a brand-new store opening in Liverpool this October, they are looking for a Store Manager who can take ownership from day one, build a robust team and create an exciting store environment.

n

We are open to experienced Store Managers, as well as strong Assistant Managers or 3ICs ready to take their next step.

ABOUT THE ROLE n

You’ll lead a small team and take ownership of the store’s daily performance, people and customer experience.

n

You will:

n

n
- Recruit, lead, coach and develop your team
n
- Build a positive store culture from opening day
n
- Drive sales and keep the team focused on daily targets
n
- Create an engaging customer experience
n
- Maintain strong visual merchandising and presentation standards
n
- Manage stock, replenishment and daily operations
n
- Support rostering, training and team development




n
- Lead from the shop floor and stay hands-on
n

WHAT YOU’LL BRING nn
- Previous retail leadership experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager or strong 3IC
n
- Confidence leading and engaging a small team
n
- A hands-on approach and strong presence on the shop floor
n
- Strong customer service and communication skills
n
- Good understanding of stock, VM and daily retail operations
n
- Energy, personality and the ability to build a great team culture
n
- Genuine interest in sport, streetwear, sneakers, fashion or pop culture
n
