Job Description

Mars Partnership Pty. Ltd. in Melbourne is seeking a Demand Planner to develop accurate monthly forecasts, optimise inventory and drive performance across channels. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain to align product availability with launches and seasonal planning.

The role emphasises data-driven decision making, forecasting accuracy and commercial thinking, requiring 2-4 years in planning, robust Excel skills and experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
