Chisholm is seeking an experienced Senior Change and Engagement Specialist for the Learning Asset Management Platform (LAMP) project in our Tafe Transformation office

ABOUT THE ROLE

n

As a Senior Change and Engagement, your key responsibilities include:

n

n
- Develop and implement a network wide change strategy, change plan and integrated adoption roadmap aligned with project scope, process changes, risks, and key milestones.
n
- Lead the end to end change and engagement approach for the Chisholm pilot and the broader Victorian TAFE sector rollout.
n
- Conduct detailed stakeholder change impact assessments and readiness analyses, translating insights into targeted change, communication, training and adoption actions.
n
- Map, analyse and manage stakeholder groups across effected business areas.
n
- Lead and facilitate engagement activities including process design workshops, briefings, co-design sessions and consultation forums.
n
- Surface risks, misalignment and resistance early, ensuring they are addressed or escalated through agreed governance processes.
n
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy that is timely, transparent and tailored for diverse audiences across multiple TAFEs.
n
- Coordinate messaging across partner organisations to ensure consistency, alignment, and shared understanding.
n




- Lead the design and execution of adoption strategies that support consistent, confident and sustainable use of the LAMP system across pilot and non?pilot TAFEs.

ABOUT YOU

n

You are a highly motivated individual with demonstrated experience leading change within complex digital or enterprise transformation programs.

n

Qualifications required for the role:

n

n
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Education, Business or a related field or equivalent relevant experience
n
