Job Description

Oz Hair and Beauty in Mount Gravatt is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our retail store and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will oversee day-to-day operations, coach a team of 4+ staff, and ensure the store is clean, well merchandised and compliant.

You will partner with suppliers for training, manage rosters, drive sales performance, and support the salon operation. This role offers growth within a growing Australian business and bonuses based on performance.
