Job Description
Synapse Australia is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to provide practical, people-focused HR support across recruitment, onboarding, performance and compliance.
The role is fixed term part time (22.8 hours across Mon-Fri) with one day from home and a view to permanency.
You will work closely with managers to develop policies, maintain records, support learning and development, and assist with workers compensation and compliance reporting in a not-for-profit workplace.
