Our opportunity:Educational leader - Bachelor qualified - Centre wide focus on Pedagogy and Practice

We are seeking experienced, passionate and imaginativeEducational Leader to help open our brand-new purpose-built childcare center in Park Ridge, Lancewood Street.This role will be:

n

- responsible for the developing, designing and implementing of our education program.
n
- To be a mentor and support for all educators.
n




- Building relationships with our families and assisting with learning difficulties and development of all children.
n

n

About you:

n

Experience:Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Educational Leader with a solid understanding and experience to focus on the Pedagogy practice in the center.

n

Qualification: Completed Bachelor's degree in early childcare education

n

Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

n

Vision: A passion for early childhood education and a genuine commitment to creating a respectful, inclusive, and nature-focused workplace

n

Compliance: An understanding of relevant regulatory requirements, including the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations

n
