About the Role n

As an Assessing Support Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting our Assessors and ensuring insurance assessments progress smoothly from start to finish. You will be a key point of contact for insurers, repairers, and customers while providing administrative and operational support to the broader team.

Key Responsibilities n

- Manage new insurance assessment files accurately and efficiently.
n
- Respond to phone enquiries and provide outstanding customer service.
n
- Liaise with Insurance Companies, Repairers, Brokers, and other stakeholders to support the assessment process.
n
- Assist Assessors with documentation, follow-ups, and general administration.
n




- Maintain accurate records and update assessment information within internal systems.
n
- Monitor file progress and help ensure service standards and turnaround timeframes are met.
n

About You n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in administration, customer service, insurance, claims management, or a similar support role.
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
n
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
n
- Confidence using computer systems and learning new software.
n
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
n
- Experience within the insurance industry is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided to the right candidate.
