We are now looking to expand our bench with a front-end construction lawyer.

n

As an construction lawyer, you also need to possess:

n

n
- Minimum 7 PQE in-house or within a law firm
n
- Ability to draft, review and negotiate a broad range of construction and commercial agreements (e.g. D&C; contracts, EPC and construct-only contracts, Subcontractor agreements, Consultancy agreements, Supply and procurement contracts, JV arrangements)
n




- Ability to advise project teams on tender submissions, contract risk allocation, and procurement strategies
n
- Experience in supporting project delivery teams throughout the contract lifecycle
n
- Ability to identify and manage legal, commercial, and contractual risks across major projects
n
