Job Description

Swissôtel Sydney, a luxury five‑star hotel in the heart of the city, seeks a Guest Service Allrounder to join our Front Office team. You will warmly welcome guests, handle check-in/check-out, and assist with requests to create memorable experiences.

Ideal candidates have Front Office experience in luxury settings, solid communication skills, and flexibility to work shifts including weekends and public holidays. Opera or Opera Cloud experience is favorable.
