Job Description
Adara Group is seeking a Senior People & Culture Manager to lead the delivery of people strategies, policies and programs across our international organisation. You will guide the lifecycle of employees, shape organisational culture and oversight of HR services globally.

You will work closely with the CEO and Global Leadership Team to align people initiatives with strategic priorities, oversee the P&C; team, and drive continuous improvement across locations, including Nepal and Uganda.
