Job Description
Pembrook Homes is seeking a Pre Construction Coordinator in Melbourne to support the Project Team.
You will manage pre-construction administration, coordinate RFIs, liaise with architects and engineers, and ensure timely progress across multiple multi-unit projects.
The role requires at least 2 years in a pre-construction role, solid reading of plans and planning documents, and familiarity with Buildertrend.
You will work Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 5:00pm, in a team-oriented team workplace.
