Job Description

Ability Plus Disability Services in Ringwood VIC is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to provide person-centred care to participants in their homes and communities. You will help participants live safely, independently and with dignity, drawing on your compassion and reliability.

Ideal candidates hold a Certificate III in Disability or Individual Support, have experience in Complex Care delivery or are keen to receive training, and are motivated to support others to live their best
