Role Responsibilities
Duties will vary depending on the placement and your experience, and may include:
- Clinical pharmacy services
- Dispensary support
- Ward-based clinical care
- Medication reviews and reconciliation
- Patient counselling and discharge planning
- Participation in multidisciplinary team rounds
What You'll Need
- Current AHPRA registration
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Hospital experience essential
- Ability to complete onboarding requirements, which may include:
- National Police Check
- Working With Children Check
- Vaccination / Immunisation evidence
