THE PROSPECT n

We’re seeking a hands-on, people-focused Duty Manager to take ownership of shifts and contribute to both front- and back-of-house operations.

n





This role suits an experienced Duty Manager or a senior supervisor ready to step up into a broader leadership position with exposure beyond the floor.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING n

- n

Leading shifts across bar, gaming, functions, and accommodation

n
- n

Managing opens, closes, cash handling, and reporting

n
- n

Supporting functions and event execution

n
- n

Assisting with ordering, stock control, and supplier coordination

n
- n

Contributing to rostering and labour efficiency

n
- n

Supporting venue compliance (RSA, RCG, gaming, WHS, food safety)

n
- n

Assisting with local marketing and in-venue promotions

n
- n

Coaching and developing team members

n
- n

Maintaining service standards, presentation, and guest experience

n

ABOUT YOU nn
- n

1+ years’ experience as a Duty Manager or Senior Supervisor

n
- n

Experience in Gaming, TAB, KENO

n
- n

Strong leadership presence and communication skills

n
- n

Calm, organised, and solutions-focused

n
- n

Comfortable balancing service, people, and compliance

n
- n

Back-of-house experience highly regarded

n
