NexGen Recruiters is partnering with a small, family-friendly childcare service in Sans Souci to find a passionate educator to join the team as 2IC .

n

About the Opportunity n

As the 2IC, you will work closely with the Centre Director to support the day-to-day operation of the service while providing guidance and leadership to the team.

n

Educators at all levels of experience are encouraged to apply. If you are an experienced 2IC or Room Leader ready for your next step, we'd love to hear from you. We are also open to passionate educators who have strong leadership potential and are ready to grow into a leadership position.

Your Responsibilities n

n
- Support the Centre Director with the daily operation of the service
n
- Provide leadership, guidance and support to educators
n
- Help maintain high standards of education, care and compliance
n
- Build strong relationships with children, families and the wider team
n
- Support programming, planning and quality improvement
n
- Assist with staff mentoring and professional development
n




- Step into the Director's role when required
n
- Contribute to a positive and cooperative team culture
n

About You n

- Diploma-qualified educators ready for their next career step

- Experienced Certificate III educators with strong leadership potential
n

You should have:

- A relevant Early Childhood qualification
n
- A genuine passion for working with children
n
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
n
- A positive and professional approach
n
- An understanding of the EYLF, NQS and National Regulations
n
- A willingness to learn, grow and contribute to a supportive team
n
