Hunter Current England Local Health District in Glen Innes is seeking a Senior Social Worker Level 3 to deliver person-centred assessment, treatment and care coordination for adults with diverse mental health needs.
You will work within a cooperative multidisciplinary team to support recovery, well-being and meaningful outcomes.
The role offers a permanent full time position, 38 hours per week, with remuneration of AUD 121,568–AUD 125,507 per year plus 12% super and salary packaging.
