We are seeking a casual/part time medical receptionist 2 to 3 days a week for immediate start.

GastroHub Specialist Centre is a successful growing GI specialist practice with four specialists including two
gastroenterologists,
two surgeons and one dietitian.
n
The culture of our practice is a collaborative and happy setting.
n
We work in a newly completed medical suite inside a medical clinic building, close to cafes, shops, Chatswood Chase and Chatswood Westfield. We are walking distance to public transport hubs near Chatswood station.

Applicant must have prior medical receptionist experience
n
Skills required include:

Excellent phone manners.
n
Ability to work in a team environment.
n
Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
n
Dedication to provide an excellent customer service to patients and doctors.
n
Advanced/fluent written and spoken English.
n
Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and ability to prioritise and multi-task.

Taking phone calls, make bookings, arrange theatre lists, patient confirmation.
