Foundation Labour Hire is seeking experienced Marine Products Installers to join an exciting 8-week project based in Brisbane.
n
This is a outstanding opportunity for someone with a practical, hands-on background who enjoys marine products, fabrication and installation.
n
THE ROLE
n
You will be involved in the installation and assembly of marine products, including:
n
n
Installation of marine structures and components
n
Assembly and fitting of marine products
n
Using hand and power tools
n
Measuring, cutting and fitting materials
n
Working from plans, drawings and measurements
n
General workshop and site duties
n
Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
n
n
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
n
n
Experience in marine installation, fabrication, construction or a similar hands-on setting
n




Confident using hand and power tools
n
Mechanically minded with solid practical skills
n
Able to read basic plans and measurements
n
Must be comfortable working around water and in a marine workplace
n
Reliable, safety-focused and physically fit
n
Able to work independently and as part of a team
n
n
Marine, boat building, fabrication, construction or manufacturing experience will be highly regarded.
