Based at Springwood/ Penrith area, you will cover branch shifts across Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri 12pm–4pm and support nearby branches.
You will engage customers on home loans, business banking and financial advice, handle account enquiries, process credit applications and demonstrate in‐branch digital options, while upholding our customer‐centred, compliant service standards.
